Join BADWest for Black History Now: An Artist Gathering on the Critical State of Arts and Community in Los Angeles at Barnsdall Gallery Theatre, a powerful gathering of Black artists and community members coming together to connect, create, and envision a future where our artistry shapes the world we want to see. Through dialogue, collaboration, and shared resources, we will explore how we can harness our creativity to address social challenges while sustaining our artistic practices.

Moderated by actor, filmmaker, community activist and BADWest member, the esteemed Angela Gibbs and filmmaker, Founder of Kinshipfilmworks and BADWest Co-chair Tiffany Judkins, this gathering will feature a panel of representatives from various Black arts organizations, offering insights, strategies, and opportunities for collaboration.
