James Burks is a legendary Art & Cultural Director and Founder of the world-renowned African Marketplace & Cultural Faire. Inner City Cultural Center II, Inc. is overjoyed to help document Mr. Burks’ contributions to Inner City Cultural Center, art, theatre, culture and to the City of Los Angeles.
Inner City Cultural Center II, Inc. pays tribute to legends past and present every third Tuesday of the month while documenting the history of Inner City Cultural Center.
